(1)For most pneumatic actuators’ standard supply pressure of 0.4 ~ 0.7MPa, first check whether the pneumatic actuator gas source air pressure is too low, such as the phenomenon of lower than the above supply pressure, the need for timely correction.

(2)Check whether the solenoid valve is running normally, whether the switch is normal, and whether the exhaust is smooth, daily inspection found that the solenoid valve is not working properly to repair and replace, or timely contact the manufacturer maintenance treatment, the longer the delay, the greater the loss.

(3)Single-acting pneumatic actuator, if the action is too slow or jittering phenomenon, be sure to check whether the exhaust side of the pipeline found a blockage, whether the solenoid valve is out of order, and whether the actuator spring is too small, such as the cause can not be determined, timely contact the manufacturer to solve.

(4)Re-check whether the output torque of the model of the actuator is in line with the current valve body, when the rated output torque is less than the torque required by the valve body, there will also be slow action or jittering phenomenon, such a situation to replace the valve or replace the pneumatic actuator model.
