Pneumatic actuators are powered by AC220 single-phase alternating current and accept DC4 to 20mA, standard signals from DCS, PLC systems, and other operators to control the actuator for opening and closing valves or automatic regulation. The electronic control module uses state-of-the-art hybrid integrated circuits, contains complete protection functions, can be controlled on-site or remotely, and is designed in a box form and sealed with resin casting.

The drive feedback volume is characterized by high-performance conductive plastic potentiometers, high precision, and long life, which can be combined with various angular stroke adjustment mechanisms to form high-performance, highly reliable electric control valves. Therefore, it is widely used in metallurgy, power generation, petrochemical, paper making, light industry and environmental protection, and other industrial sectors.

Main features of the pneumatic actuator

  1. The actuator is designed with a servo system (without the need for a separate servo amplifier) and only needs to be connected to a DC4-20mA (or DC1-5V) signal and AC220V single-phase power supply to work. The built-in terminal block makes wiring extremely simple and convenient.
  2. The key component of the actuator – the controller – is made of the most advanced hybrid integrated circuit, sealed and cast in resin, with the shape of a box, small volume, and high reliability.
  3. The feedback detection of the pneumatic actuator driving quantity adopts a high-performance conductive plastic potentiometer with a resolution of <0.4%.
  4. Self-diagnostic function, when a fault occurs, the indicator light on the controller will immediately issue an indication signal.
  5. With the status selector switch, it is possible to set (the spool in a fully open, fully closed, or self-locking state) when the signal is broken.
  6. The status selector switch can be used to set (forward and reverse operations).
  7. The input signal can be set to (DC4-20mA or DC1-5V) with the status selector switch.

8 Adjustment of the working zero point (start point) and travel (endpoint) is simple and easy.

  1. When the power is suddenly cut off, it can ensure that the valve spool is self-locking.
  2. A synchronous belt drive is used, effectively reducing noise.
  3. Pneumatic actuator time delay protection function, rated load, can implement the state self-locking, when the fault occurs, can immediately start the protection, and can reverse operation to cancel the time delay protection.
